Theuseofthecourtstoexpandthescopeofthelegislationwillbeginimmediately.IcanhearthecriesofDiscrimination!bythosewithaterminalillnesswhoaredeemedtohavemorethansixmonths.Andthenbythosewithunbearablesufferingandnoterminalillness,Thisisunfairandagainstourhumanrights!Thisalmostcertainexpansionofthescopeisnotthefocushere.Rather,wefocusontheunworkabilityoftheallegedsafeguardsinthelegislation.
