CardinalChristophePierre,apostolicnunciototheUnitedStates,attendedtheribbon-cuttingceremonyandblessedthenewoffice,callingontheHolySpiritto“ignitethetalentsandgiftsofeveryonepresent”forthepurposeofservingthepoor.
